Case studies

This section studies the reception of Soviet dissent through the analysis of emblematic works from the USSR which circulated thanks to the tamizdat and Western reception channels. Attention is given to the cultural, literary, and at times political, impact of these works in the country in which they were published and in the West in general. The material presented and analysed includes cultural magazines, newspapers, interviews, conferences, exhibitions and media events.
